And you get it.
:D
To deny that the BBC is biased to the left is a bit like saying white is black and black is white. The left won't have that, because the BBC are reporting on a slant that they agree with, and it pisses off the right and those who want an impartial view, which they lap up. The boot on the other foot would cause a reaction bigger than the obsession with Donald Trump, The Government's handling of Covid-19 and us leaving the EU. An absolute earthquake.

Can't you just change the channel?
Why shouldn't I expect unbiased and impartial news reporting from a British public service broadcaster?
What unbiased news reporting have you witnessed on the BBC?

The new DG has promised a clearout, but I won't be holding my breath. It may not be your idea of what a broadcasting company should do, but I just expect impartial and unbiased news to be casted. I don't want to here what the likes of Charlene White or Naga Munchetty think about Donald Trump or Boris Johnson, despite that giving the far left a hard on.
Go and have a lie down.
You surely don't expect that to be taken seriously.
Tell us who these "militant socialists" and "liberals" are and give us examples of Naga Munchetty telling us what she thinks of Trump.
I am glad to say a lot of intelligent people work at the BBC, which is perhaps the source of your confusion.

If the BBC was a right wing mouthpiece and not a left, you'd have blimps of the director general flying all over the capital, mass protests blocking road and Broadcasting House would be painted red.

I don't click on Sun links, I'm afraid, so I'll have to take your word for it.
The Sun has found an HR manager tweeting lefty stuff on the Interweb thingy, scandel !!

Apparently the Beeb are worried about the rumours than the Sun has an explosive story in the works about the guy who does password resets on the IT help desk liking some tweets talking about Tony Benn - nail in the fucking coffin.

You choose the three issues of Covid. Trump and Brexit.
You seem to be upset by either the prominence of these stories and/or the coverage given to them.
I would say they have rightly been the three biggest stories, certainly of the last eighteen months.
And each one is a pretty much unrelieved story of incompetence or worse.
It's less than a year since our government lied to the queen to get parliament closed down. That's really a staggering thing to do. And which happened in spite of Johnson saying a couple of months before that he would never do that.
Then, forced back, he tried to ram through proposals which he either never understood, or never intended to observe, and when he couldn't conned the country into supporting them. Which he is currently once again denying.
Do you really expect the country's lead broadcaster to ignore all that?
Or the complacency and incompetence re Covid which has meant the harm done is amongst the greatest in the world?
They don't need to comment; just relay the news. There HAS BEEN no "good news".

No, I've chosen the issue of BBC left wing bias, and I am using the other three as an example of the fallout there would be if they showed right wing bias. You can make it all about Trump, as you you do on many discussions and many threads, but this isn't about that.
