What you mean is that you read an article in the Mail or Express that said that a mixed-race actor was likely to be the next Bond to whip up its readership, even though there's been absolutely no word from Eon about who will replace Daniel Craig.

That's a different story. The one lead-o was talking about was the actor who will replace Craig in the film after No Time To Die.
But it's unlikely Guardian readers would be frothing at the mouth in the way that tabloid readers would be ("JAMES BOND MUST BE WHITE!!!!" etc)
