Is the Vuelta on TV anywhere? Apart from Eurosport. Quest? ITV4? I can't be arsed to look. I've already missed two stages due to being pissed-up. Cheers.

Cheers my man. I do love a bit of Imlach. The best furrowed-brow in broadcasting. As far as I am concerned, him and James Richardson are the best front men around.

I am going on a cycling holiday on Monday to Friday, the place where i am staying it at the foot of Loch Lomond.
34 miles a day and it's not raining.
I am taking nicotine patches with me and no smokes as i have never tried to stop smoking even for a day in my whole life !!!
No drinking on Sunday either.

Cycled 16 mile to Tarbet and then back and went a couple of miles through Balloch park today.

You towing the caravan with the bike
Sounds good. As you're heading north on the A82 Balloch is like the last wee bastion of before you get into some truly breathtaking scenery..
Hope you're enjoying the cycling
