I hope this guy is getting fined for not wearing a seat belt. Teach him a lesson, You're never too old to learn.

I got fined a number of years ago. I was clocked fastening my seat belt whilst driving through town as I had foolishly neglected to put it on before moving off. It was a fair cop as I hadn't a leg to stand on. Not only was I issued a fine but I was given a well deserved lecture to boot.

Taught me a lesson, never move forward without your seat belt safely fastened.
