Election Safeguards.

Post by Royal24s »

Britain goes to the polls next week and will vote on matters which may effect history.

The Party of Nigel Farage, which I won't mention by name because I'd prefer not to see this' quite separate matter sucked into the catacomb of the thread which shares the name, is likely to ger huge support from the public.

Well, it will if there's no cheating, but that's a big if. The voting public no longer trust the government to behave within the normal constraints of democracy, so how do we know the vote will be fair ?

I don't know whether there are observers from democratic nations such as the USA, Australia and Russia for example, but there certainly should be.

The obvious thing is to take a photo of your ballot paper, but I think this might be illegal, so check that. What I do suggest is that people make a note of the number printed on the ballot paper , sign and date it , note how you voted on this piece of paper and if possible get someone to sign your original note as soon as possible after leaving the polling station.

If there's some dramatic and unexpected outcome favouring the establishment / media agenda then the only way to prove dishonesty in any subsequent criminal investigation will be if such notes can be produced and don't tally with what the BBC announces.

This tactic was successfully used to detect ballot box stuffing by the Democrats in marginal areas during the US General Election between Donald Trump and Clinton, so do you think we could use it, or are there any other suggestions ?

This is the problem with any second vote. If it wins by just one vote the Brexit door will slam shut for at least the next forty years. Most people would be willing for the second vote in principle just to reconfirm the original but they don't trust that it won't be fiddled and are even less happy the original vote hasn't been enacted. The majority of people I can see who have changed their mind are remain voters disgusted at such denial of democracy and intend to protest about it by now voting leave.

The Brexit party will win by a landslide so the best option for the multimillionaire saboteurs would be to ensure Brexit is a deliberately orchestrated disaster which is what I believe will happen.

Zero effort of commitment will be put into it. The banks will screw everyone but if we don't fight for our independence now it will be lost forever.

Europe cannot be reformed it will eventually revert back to what it is now with the same people pushing the same agenda.

And he is quite right to do so. Those running the EU need to be called out for the parasites and cockroaches that they are. The more Eurosceptics in the "parliament" the better.

The euro election is a second referendum.
We must vote else the remainer drones will be encouraged to whinge even louder.
Anyone (such as Tick) that uses 'gammon' as a racial pejorative is as much a racist as those who use the word nigger and similar pejoratively.

That is what they status quo are hoping for...apathy and obedience.
Get out and vote for the party they don't want you to vote for. And even if it doesn't count, you've had some exercise.

Now get those little legs of yours moving pronto !

Yep, said I would never vote again for any of these self-serving tossers, but I have to make an exception for this one. I would urge any of those totally pissed off to do so as well.

But how do we stop them cheating ?
Does anyone trust our government after their behaviour over Brexit not to falsify the
results ?

In short NO!

Those who voted for Scottish independence remember that pile of leave ballots added to the remain pile.
