Germany 7 Brazil 1 ... in a semi-final! Men's football's crap, innit? :-)

However, by aping the men's world cup and having more than about 8 teams in the finals guarantees a few stuffings along the way. Bad publicity.

Wise words, Pet :smt023

Was Sepp Blatter one of the team, too? Practically lifted the trophy for them.
And the USA goalie was pretty much past the six-yard box when she saved that penno.

I watched an interview with Brandi a while back and the interviewer asked her whatever happened to her famous bra.

She said she had it framed and it is now hanging on her wall

Cracker of a game here.

Australia were 2-0 down to Brazil, and now leading 3-2.

What a crock of shit. The England side and media desperate to drum up interest in tonight’s match by evoking the bitter rivalry of the men’s contest which has gone back decades. The women’s Argy team (sorry ove) is ranked three places below the Thailand team which were crushed 13-0 by the belligerent Yanks.

There is no rivalry in the woman’s form of the game and to muscle in on the men’s contest is reprehensible.

Indeed. When it suits them we'll be told we're very naughty to compare it to men's football.

Falklands VI is on. Why do they have that countdown to kick-off. Is it to wake people from their Candy Crush Bingo games on their phone?

Well done to England, but my God the standard of football is terrible. It's like walking football for androgynous hairdressers.

Is it the 10 down to 1 thing? They did it in Russia.

Anyway, the mighty Lionesses roar on the the knock out rounds with a 1-0 victory over the Argies.

Argentina women are shit though aren’t they? Read on Twitter someone comparing the match to Barca playing Luton. Was it a good match?
