Would love to watch cricket in Napier and see all the art deco architecture.
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

At least they're playing the one-dayers before the Tests though, like in the Olden Days.kancutlawns wrote:Yeah, more predictable limited overs shite.

The answer is no. The cricket calendar is now never ending. Off to South Africa after a short break. Then Sri Lanka and then we are back to the English season. Mix in the Big Bash and IPL.

Been there and done both. The architecture's great, but aside from that Napier is a bit like Brighton before it became a hip place to hang out - right down to the stony beach and sea front filled with cheap and cheerful B&Bs.
(Although much like Brighton it's probably changed a lot since I was last there.)

And many of those nations like England have different T20 and fifty over teams from the test teams. The inaugural test championship started recently involving I think it was South Africa and India. How did that progress?

Nice. Will get there one day. Don't mind Brighton either.

Table here:
https://www.espncricinfo.com/table/seri ... ampionship
The NZ series doesn't count towards it for some reason, so no points up for grabs in November. The reason for all the T20s is that the T20 World Cup takes place roughly 12 months from now.
