The fella is called Baz or probably Daz so can't afford a real private plate so he's making out his 17 year old transit is a 30k transit sport custom that he might use for bank jobs. Hence the association with a gangster film and it's characters, never heard of it so looked it up but the first paragraph of this review did make me faaacking laaaarf.
