These things have a direct adverse effect on human life and would be more relatable to the people in whose interest environmental action would most urgently serve.
They are all linked. I'm been quite vocal about this as my Green Party meetings. Environmental policy should be focused on local benefits rather than meta problems, highlighting the practical benefits of refactoring the economy to carbon neutral. Better, cheaper public transport options, more cycle lanes/join pavement cycle use, local food policy which promotes UK produced goods, better local amenities so you don't have to travel miles to go to school, see a doctor, shop etc. Less pollution, better air quality, cheaper homes.
There are hundreds of benefits that make much more sense than talking about coal mines in China.

It's daft that all the new builds don't fit solar panels as standard. Should be law to fit them.

This is the police getting tough.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... -week.html
Many have now been arrested three times
Some threw blue paint on the road, which led to police deciding to shut junctions for even longer to clean it off.
This will now lead to everyone getting loft insulation.

a) cyclists are restricted to 10 m.p.h on pavements.
b) cyclists have mandatory insurance against accidents with pedestrians.
c) speed camera for cyclists are fitted on pavements.

Footpaths/pavements are for pedestrians, roads are for vehicles and bicycles. All cyclists using the road should be insured and pay road tax.AlcoholBrazil wrote: ↑Sat Sep 18, 2021 5:50 pm Allow cyclists to use pavements provided that
