Just come back from this mornings jaunt, managed 4 times in last 7 days, still only 3k each go, but knees feeling better than they were, will also be getting a bike sometime in the next couple of weeks.

Tried the naked run, however got arrested and a right royal rogering in the cells by a burly bearded bummer of a copper, so i'll not be trying that again any time soon!

Anyhow, time to get semi naked for a trip to Asda.
