A problem for me that may not be for someone with more knowledge than me - which will be modt.
I am trying to install the NHS app on my phone. The one that provides an update of Covid vaccinations, when and where. This can be used to demonstrate status.
I have to put in my email address - no problem - plus my password.
Then I am sent a text message with a code that has to be entered on the app.
The problem is that when I open the text message, the NHS app disappears.
When I take the code I have to re-open the NHS app and have to start the whole process again and this results in a new code being needed.
And so it goes on.
Is there any way of keeping NHS app visible and usable when I go to the text message to note the code?

Re: Disappearing app
I could be getting confused about another app, but I thought the code flashed up at the top of the screen when you were still in the NHS app.

Re: Disappearing app
I checked the screen top and found symbols. One when fiddled with produced the text message.
I now have got code loaded and there's now an option to not need a code in future.
So many thanks for pointing me in that direction.

VV. You don't need the app to get your Covid passes now. You can just log in to the NHS website.VeritasVincit wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 9:29 pmZambo's help pointed me to solving it, Thank you also for suggesting something..
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.
