Guidelines Reminder - PLEASE READ

This is a supplement and reminder with regards to the Guidelines already in this section.

There have been several posts recently moved from non Pandemonium sections to Quarantine, because they contain abuse, insults, goading and inflaming of other posters. On Numerous occasions, posters have been asked to respond to the posts and not attack, ridicule and belittle the poster because they don't like what they have read. Please remember that posters can express any view they wish, as long as the post falls within the forum rules. It is not the moderator's job to judge whether the post contains misinformation or not, or that it might upset another poster. If others don't like that and can't control their reaction, then they should not respond.

1.The act of moving posts will stop with immediate effect.

2. Posters who continue to attack other posters and not their posts will find themselves off the forum for a period of time.

Short bans and moving posts, (even though we said we wouldn't) and setting threads up so posters who want to make personal insults etc don't fuck up threads outside Pandy, isn't working.

Short bans will therefore no longer be used unless it's a first offence, which doesn't often happen anyway, it's usually those who have previous who just keep going.

Some posters just log on here to join in with the discussion and the banter and never get near to even a warning. It's odd that some just appear to want to antagonise.

Bans for those with previous will start at 7 days from now on.
