I would have put money on that you were going to say, "bummed a man".

Why did you put a comma before the quotation marks?

Why did you put a comma before the quotation marks?
Ignorance.

Can I plead Oxford comma?

You need to be careful with testicular twisting, ant. Multiple instances can cause torsion which could damage tissue, block blood supply and at an extreme level cause loss of life.

I did actually have a dull pain in a bollock weeks ago that was persisting. It sorted itself out but I did tell my GP and she told me to go into the surgery to have it looked at. I asked for a male GP. There was no lump and I didn’t have to go in the end. A salient message is if you have a pain in your testes, go and see your doc and don’t be too proud. You don’t want to have testicular cancer, believe me.

Think I deviated somewhat from the OP.

Thanks Lawns, yeah I did look up potential issues so I've been keeping a feel on it so to speak. Pain/dullness has subsided and become increasingly sporadic so I think it's sorting itself out slowly. No lumps I can feel but any return to previous pain levels and I'll definitely call it in, not shy in that regard.
