Another song ruined. 🤬😡
You'll like this version, JT: :)

Should’ve come with a warning. I didn’t get past (former Chief Commander of the Celebration Police) Richard Keys. So I couldn’t tell you if it’s a good very or not, but I’m going to hazard a guess, it’s not. Am I right?
No you are wrong. It's a lovely montage of the 2005 Champions League final with Sir Sean Connery reading 'In ny Life'. Bewtiful, Mike. Sorry forgot a warning about Dickie Keys.
Had it been the 2007 or 2019 Final I might’ve watched it.

The Amazon or Sean Connery?
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

You can apply that to the entirety of human existence to be honest.

Especially the false bonhomie.

“ooh let’s all pretend to be friends and like each other”

How about I run you over and use your splintered bones as a fucking toothpick you worthless filth?

I know what you mean, Sid. Travelling aboard for the festive season is eye-wateringly expensive these days, and the same goes for Christmas in general if you're not careful. However, the idea of going away for Christmas appeals to me more and more as I'm getting older, especially since I don't have children and I'm not particularly close to my siblings and their kids (they wouldn't miss me, let's put it that way.)

You're right about commercialisation and excess. Traditions like sending cards are dying. For most people, the religious aspect of Christmas is almost non-existent. We're all guilty of not recognising it in one way or another. Each year, I make an effort to attend at least one carol service with religious readings.
