Liz Jones forgets that not only is Kate privately educated and studied at one of the top universities in the country, she's also received meticulous training and marketing from the Royal household. Literally everything is carefully crafted and encouraged, from her speech and posture, to her clothes, hair and makeup, to her personality and interests. At the end of the day, in this case, she's a woman with stomach problems, or whatever it is. That's it.
