65% of the votes. Pity is that only 26.6% of voters bothered. Still he's popular with 17% of the electorate most of whom are totally apathetic.

And his mate, the mayor of Salford did the same. His mate Dennett [the one who still lives in a counci flat, got 61.5% of the same tu
The council seats are yet to be counted but the same will apply with the usual suapects getting in.
Indeed, a little over a quarter of those eligible, hardly a rousing endorsement, whatever Labour ass lickers like to paint it.
The London turnout was 40.3% down from 42.2% in 2016 and 45.3% in 2021, although it may surprise some that in 2012 Johnson was elected on a 38.1% in 2012 and 45/3% in 2008
If the London Borough of Barnet isn't in London where is it?

I feel sorry for Andy Street.
I'm still a little stunned how Khan won by his biggest margin over the Tories.

What I find odd about the Tories that want to move more to the right is it goes against all the data. Starmer has parked on the center ground and has a good margin, the LibDems have done the same, the Greens are more to the left. Reform is nowhere near any of these people in terms of electoral performance. But Suella and her gang want to go further right and lose votes because Reform are in a place even loony Tories won't go.

For all the 'stop the boats' stuff people care more about law & order, education, the NHS, housing and their personal wealth. They should really focus on this more than the ECHR which has no meaningful impact on most people here - but they seem annoyed they can't stop people appealing to it.

They say the sign of a true narcissist is to accuse others of behaviour they exhibit themselves... Suella is trying too hard, like she's done all her life, to find validation. It might be having a rich partner, it might be adopting Jewish culture via marriage, it might be pivoting yourself as a "darling" of the right. Yet, nothing sticks, nothing convinces with her. Except her mental state remains fragile and her body language betrays this massively.

A shit poker player.
