9 white women out of a panel of 12 is a terrible look for diversity. Now, there are probably a few reasons for this.

They can't get the variety of people, there isn't the variety of people available or, as I suspect, ITV realise this will garner nowhere near the amount of attention as the men's World Cup, despite the protestations, so can get away with this selection.
