I heard a bit in the first 30 minutes and I was smugly satisfied that my cunts prediction was spot on . The next bit I heard they were talking about Cloughie and Motson which was not so bad but they were playing clips of Brian Clough which is quite clever as most football fans have a soft spot for Nigel's dad .

Well, I gave it a go.
Not as bad as I thought it would be, but that's damning with the faintest trace of praise. The first half-hour or so was spent:-
talking about themselves (which works if you know the presenters and like them, but didn't in my case), then there was a weird anagram quiz thing which was something they should have done before the show, as it probably only entertained them, and then they invited the listeners to send in their "Lewandowski" moments. Yeah, no chance of anyone just making stuff up
At that point I switched it off and went for a lie-down. It wasn't offensively bad, but not very good either. I'll listen again to see if they got over what may have been first-night nerves, but without much eager anticipation. To be fair, I thought JV's Warm-up was awful the first few weeks, and now I really miss it

Yep. I went shopping today for new trainers. Before this weekend, the Warm Up on a Saturday was the one show I'd purposefully tune in for. Forde is a complete turnoff.
