Anyone actually played RDR2 yet then? If so, quick review...

Played a few hours. Loved the first one and this is definitely worth it so far.

Just played a couple of hours last night. Will play more tonight and tomorrow.

First impressions: it looks beautiful. Stunning.
I still find the shooting system a little tricker than GTA, but that's my issue to sort out

Its currently installing on my Xbone.

Cowboy Simulator 2018 is OK.

I'm only about 3 hours in, but it seems slightly boring, I'm hoping I get to a point where I can run around and lasso people and drag them around by their feet and then tie them to some railway lines like the old one, this actually feels like a cowboy Simulator right now.

Also, it's a prequel. That you know the end to because they told you about this scenario in the first one.

It does look amazing though.

I've done about 15% so far, East-o, and I agree that it is more simulation-style than the first one ie you have to eat properly, brush your horse etc, but it is a beautiful game. I explored Saint-Denis last night (based on New Orleans), and it's wonderful. So much attention to detail. Stick with it.

What's better out of cod or battlefield? I've not bought cod for years because didn't think it was worth spending £50 a year on a similar game.

COD WW2 is pretty decent.

I like battelfield 1 as well though.

The new COD looks absolutely fucking garbage to be fair.

It is amazing it does get better as sub said. It'll be good once rockstar unfuck the hdr like they've promised, that games going to look amazing in 4k and hdr, unbelievable they shipped a product with their hdr option being raising the brightness and that's it and having to admit its not hdr within a week.

Its one of those games you need to spend hours and hours playing massive blocks of time though, I haven't got that time available, unfortunately.
