Not that I give two shits about this ridiculous and still inexplicably popular kids monster show, but I am looking forward to the hilarity that will ensue.

Note that I announced the new doctor who 30 mins before the BBC. See tennis thread.

The Twitter meltdown is a joy and the Daily Mail has melted in a pool of outrage.

I thought that black fella in the wheelchair with the dreds who presents the travel show would get the gig,he ticks most of the boxes.
I think the fact he isn't gay probably let him down.

Not gonna fucking work though, is it?

You can't have a Timelord who gets monthlies. Her cycle will be all over the fucking place. And what if the painters are in when she needs to save the universe, and she decides she'd rather have a hot water bottle, cry a bit and watch Poldark?

It's wrong. This isn't what I pay my license fee for. Bring back Big Tom.

It is so obvious that the BBC would pick a woman. I am surprised they had to done it earlier

They think it makes them look forward thinking, all inclusive, modern. But does it really.

It gives them shit loads of publicity for selling the show around the world.

They are happy that they will pissing some of there aging core audience.

Not before they've managed to find her in the nude in other shows.
