This will be an even bigger overhaul than when Fergie retired.
Fergie regenerated his teams both personnel and tactics wise.
Wenger hasn't and a new guy coming in going to be confronted with the Wenger way.
Depends who they choose but most top coaches require a high work ethic allied with
skill
Who would such a manager want to keep out of the existing squad.
Eh...............

I agree with Wenger.

And I'm sure Ty does too.

Rupe - stick with Arsene. You will get thru this 'difficult period'

Indeed we will.. I'd love to see your face when we do.

:)

Mate, I genuinely want you to.

I want Arsene in charge next season. If he goes now, a new bloke could get his act together with a plan to overhaul the team in place by Summer transfer window.

Ideally, you win Europa League & Arsene stays at least another season.

New manager will probably only be given around £70-80m to spend, which is nothing in the current market, nowhere near enough to overhaul the team. As for the Europa League, not a chance, we'll go out to AC Milan in the next round.

Shop sensibly in League 1 and among the smaller Championship sides, and you can get a whole squad for that.

No Way back. Surely even the Europa League cannot save him.

Would be amazed if Arsenal won the Europa League, there's quite a few teams I'd rate above them left in the competition.

They’re seventh in Serie A. Hardly a ringing endorsement of a club “on fire”. Two clubs whose lustre has long since faded and barely living on the reputation of the glory days. Hope they can both turn it on the next couple of weeks.

Have you even bothered to look at the stats since Gattuso took over in mid season.
Do that and come back.So insular :!:
