They have had my order for seven weeks and they still haven't produced the glasses.
It's always, 'the frames weren't right and had to go back'. These frames are basic run of the mill ones, nothing special.
They aren't some small independent, they are a major company. If they haven't got the resources to sort things out they shouldn't be in business.
I've now told them to stuff the glasses and refund my money, I'll go to a local small optician and get some decent service.

Depends how you look at it.
