Lots of nice shiny blue seats on display throughout the Newcastle match at the weekend at City, as per usual. Lamentable.

Albion transfer news update.

With two days of the transfer window to go we have signed Ali Gabr from Egyptian club Zamalek and Daniel Sturridge from Liverpool on season ending loan deals.

The signing of Gabr a centre-half could precipitate the sale of Jonny Evans to Arsenal which could in turn create funds for Albion to sign Troy Deeney from Watford.

Daniel Sturridge has already passed his greatest test at Hawthorns - his medical.

On the positive side of Sturridge every where he goes he starts like a train then the wheels come off

Didn't he fall out with Alex Ferguson? He can't be all bad.
