The World Cup has distracted me from my grief of Grenfell at the moment. The hope of Luis Suarez sinking his teeth into another
player is too much of a pull.

Isobel Oakeshott on Question Time. Did they ask her about the Leave.EU/Russia e-mails she kept her attic & didn’t report for 2 years - a story that broke this this week? Did they bugger. Absolutely effing useless. The BBC should put Question Time out of its misery.

To quote my dear old Mum: "I know it's wrong to say it, but can you imagine how this country would deal with The Blitz if it happened now?". Yes, the Grenfell fire was awful, but for FUCKS SAKE, get things into perspective. Why has this nation seemingly fallen into a wallowing hole of self-pity? Of course, it's driven by the fucking meeja. I feel hopeful that your average Joe just 'gets on with it' ... it's only the few cunts who can't handle the shit life throws their way the BBC focus on and ram their tears down our throats. (Fuck me, I never thought I could get so many mixed-methphors in one paragraph).

BBC seemed to be interviewing every welfare abusing cunt in the area who was left traumatised having watched the fire safely from a quarter of a mile away

Does anyone ask why Soros is determined to put an equal amount of money into trying to overturn the Brexit vote?

^ The article has 1 comment before it goes on to state they are no longer accepting comments on this subject. Presumably the reactions weren't good.

Will gender neutral toilets get in the way of my grief of Grenfell though?

If the BBC have anything to do with it yes. they'll have to cut their Grenfell coverage down by half to fit in the equally important issue of toilets.

Well, this just won't do. I like to set aside at least 12 hours a day of uncontrollable weeping for those lost heroes who I didnt know or have anything to do with.

Percentage of transgender people employed by the BBC is 2.5%. The UK percentage is 0.2%. No bias there then, they just must have gone over their quota and didn't realise it. :D

Get ready for a steady stream of transfreaks on your screen. I bet they won't be represented across minorities though so they'll need more.

There are 417 out of 20 odd thousand.
I wonder what the levels of disproportion are amongst others who could be described as box ticked employees?

You have told us often enough about the "quotas" at the BBC.
So it won't be difficult for you to tell us what the quotas are will it?
I look forward to learning that.

Well on the evidence we have so far it's about 4x the national average for transgenders and god knows what for everything else that could be pigeon holed into other examples of box ticking. But I suspect they will ALL the much higher than the average if they fall into the category of box ticking.

More or less what I've just said.
