Would genuinely hate to be a West Ham fan.

My own club are absolute pony but at least we have a good stadium. I went to the Olympic Stadium last year and it ranks as the single worst football experience of my life. And I've been to many of the tinpot, Ikea flat pack grounds!

But progress, the mugs say.

A sentiment that all of us can agree with.

Personally, I think this implosion is brilliant. Couldn't happen to a nicer club.

My only gripe is that i'd rather it had happened at The Porn Barons expense, not the taxpayers.

I’d love to see Brady driven out of the game. Adds nothing other than she’s a ‘woman’ in a male world

I hope someone torches the ground, go home boys....if it’s not a high rise flat or apartment now

I'd like to see her driven with a 5wood by Craig Bellemy. Not that I condone violence against women of course.

It's not a high rise or apartment, but probably will soon be.
It has been sold to a development company [Barratt London] for £40m [who gets that?].
Demolition almost complete.

Orient wouldn’t have them, after the way West Ham fucked them over.

Fair comment, although every time I’ve been to orient there’s always been a smattering of West Ham fans

I go there occasionally with a mate, and he says a fair few West Ham and Arsenal fans go there, some with their kids.

Can’t blame them, maybe they’ve seen the light (like lash)

Some decent boozers near orient too if I remember correctly

They're like the cunts who bought United, it's a no risk investment that will turn a huge profit when they sell.

In the meantime they're charging the club interest at up to 6% on the amount they've lent.
