Last night i was bollocked by Mrs blase and her mum whilst saying he's an arse, and i hope they throw the book at him (unlikely)
They said that he only failed the breathalyser at the scene, it was from the night before anyway, and he passed a test at the station ( not sure how they know that btw) which seems to mean he wasn't actually drunk somehow, so when i pointed out that he drove like a twat without being pissed, they countered with "that family in the other car are milking it anyway"

And there you have it.

I might point out that that sort of defence of a celebrity was what allowed Jimmy Saville to get away with stuff for years, but i don't fancy sleeping in the garage!

You sure about that? You hear about cases where someone's been killed by dangerous driving, and they barely get any jail time without being a much loved, multi millionaire TV celebrity.

Only yesterday the 1st anniversary of the London bridge attack was marked, and no one's making excuses for why that arsehole drove his car through a crowd of people are they?

You also hear about cases when death by dangerous driving get substantial sentences.
Very unusual not to go down if you killed someone especially if drunk.
