I've read ten books this year already. Not boasting, but was hoping to read more this year, so I am over the moon with those stats so far.

Started the year reading Lonesome Dove, wow, just loved the book. The writing is sublime and simple, although it took me about 200 pages or so before I fully knew who was who and was going where. Just brilliant, and now looking for more books similar.

Currently reading Interior Chinatown - its quite artistic, but its been very funny, interesting and well-written. An easy-ish ready yet with someone dead on observations.

Trying to read a Non Fiction on the side and got these two - Statelessness and Age of Empire.

That's great, well done. You might enjoy The Mermaid of Black Conch and an old novel, The Empire of the Sun.
If you are interested in history, try King John: Treachery, Tyranny and the Road to Magna Carta.

I've just finished How to Win Friends and Influence People. It was okay; helpful in parts but mostly meh.

They can only predict where an electron is going to be around an atom.
But get this the wave it moves and grooves along when seen the electron disappears and the wave collapses .
Does it know it's been observed ?
Is the universe conscious ?
Are Friends Electric ?

I am only 24 pages in on this book.
