Anyway:



Passed his trip to Japan and world travels, mail order business starting and now on to Nike.

Confused as opinions on him so far, so will continue. Never a Nike wearer but will not affect review.

Lady Chatterley's Lover (1928)

Haven't reached the "yikes" bit yet; for some reason, I'm trying to imagine Mellors' accent (Nottinghamshire? idk). Disability aside, Clifford seems like a knob 'ead, the worst kind of man.

You ever watched 'Saturday Night and Sunday Morning' or 'The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner'? Great films, both based on books by Nottingham author Allan Sillitoe. Though as per, read the books first.

Good Nottingham accents in both and 'Saturday Night...' was set and filmed in Radford, Nottingham where I lived and know many of the streets. Albert Finney sublime:
