Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

As clichéd as self-help/in your late 30s sounds ; some of this stuff is really interesting.

Kevin! Would you like to join talkFORUM's book club? There's three of us so far. :D

How about something by H.G. Wells? Some of his novels are short and not too overwhelming. If someone fancies something contemporary, however, let us know.

Read it years and years ago so happy to do again. Maybe then each person picks in turn. Lambrini can have her choice next.

Gonna check the library for a copy.

It's your baby, Lambrini, so you're in charge.

Not.read any HG Wells for years I don't think.

Let's go for Kafka's The Trial. I haven't read it before, the synopsis gives me Twilight Zone vibes; I love The Twilight Zone series!

If y'all haven't watched The Twilight Zone (ToS), Rod Serling, writer of The Planet of The Apes, was amazing lol.

I wouldn’t mind joining but haven’t been a prolific reader for many a long year. Might just be a few weeks behind everyone else LOL but nothing bad about getting a focus.
