The Boggoies are an absolute fuck up of a club because of their crap owners. Sacked their last three managers each with a win ratio of at least 40%. Sacked Ismael because they didn’t like his direct football then have his successor in Steve fucking Bruce. You couldn’t make it up. Thing with the Boggoies is they can never plan for more than the next six months yet Ismael got them to second and they’re still in the top six. Funnily though, the fans are in favour of this dinosaur coming in.

He’ll get six full backs in, grind out results, have his team play dour football, play the victim, blame the fans and leave the job. May get the team promoted and then what? Interesting times ahead.

Boggoies fans generally seem to be behind him after they lost 2-0 last night at Sheffield United to go down to ninth in the Championship. One does wonder how long they'll give the ex Villa and Blues mercenary before they turn. His apologists like Simon Jordan will continue to laud his marvellous achievements whilst proper club supporters will see that if he takes them up, they'll barely get fifteen points next season in the Premier League. He talks a good game but is a prized twat.

Sounds like a genius to me. That’s the thing with modern football management - be mildly successful in the early part of your management career and then you’re set for life. Job offers will keep rolling in, regardless of how you did in your last four jobs.
