Just watched it. A much better choice than the death penalty for murderers. Soup and bread is their diet, they walk everywhere at 90 degs with their hands cuffed behind their back accompanied by snarling dogs No outside awareness, no life basically. The Russian public are 100% protected from the scum and Moscow recorded it's lowest crime rate in 2017.

Meanwhile on the Jeremy Vine show, they are debating whether school bullies should be named, and giving knife wielding youths suspended sentences.
