Which go pro?

End of Jan I'm going away for about six weeks.
I need a video camera as my existing one has finally given up the ghost after a few years of abuse.
It needs a few things:
- abuse proof (water, dust, mud, clumsy people)
- low power requirements, ideally with replaceable batteries
- macro would be handy as I'm videoing small fast moving things
- charges via USB
I've had a look at the go pro range, but I'm not sure which one to plump for.
I've been given £500 to buy a new one.
Advice received with thanks.
