It's that time again. Insecure theatrical luvvies having their fragile ego's boosted. Look, there is nothing wrong with a bit of glamour during these cold grey days, I'm all for a bit of celebrity froth. But oh do they all take it so very seriously. The Golden Globes, The SAGs, Then the OSCARS. They are all PR stunts. Advertising. It's all very cynical and stage managed. Look at me everyone! Look at me everyone, I've won a little statue! Aren't I clever! No not really love. LOL. Geeezus. Hollywood is so fucking corrupt it's laughable. When all the actors trot down the red carpet (red carpet?!) and pose for photos I shall be playing spot the psychopath.

I love all these award ceremonies even though I've not heard of half the films and don't know most of the actors and I don't often agree with the results. I watched Manchester By The Sea, what a load of tripe. After 20 minutes it was time to find something else to watch.
