Had the misfortune to listen to some of his latest cwaptwap podcast with Sir Ian “beefy” beefy Botham.
He’s a terrible interviewer and his questions are of the David Brent type, however just as I was about to switch off, he brings up Bothams last days at sky and rather than ask what happened, his first loaded question is what does he think of the new team commentating on sky now that the greats like Bumble who told us how it is have been dumped.
Now if anyone’s ever listened to a full Sijo show, you’ll know he’s got no time for the poc, let alone when they’re raising the subject of racism in sport so i was interested to hear where he was going with this as there’s a female Indian presenter taking up one of the old guards jobs, however, beefy cut him off saying that he’s started up a wine business and had told sky he wasn’t going to renew his contract leaving lemon head flummoxed.
Not to be put off, he comes back with well what do you think of Nasser Hussain then cos he appears far too preachy to me.
