Hola Carlos!

I ended up watching with some folk on Saturday. Good banter as usual. Rotterdam or Amsterdam next year then!

Looks good fun in here. I believe Hatari are due to leave Israel today, wonder how the IDF and airport security 'chat' will go?!

Quite surprised at how bad Spain did, not great but it should have polled higher, IMO. The new public vote system is brutal, but fun fun fun! Poor North Macedonia getting 57 but she took it well - a gutted smile and a kiss with eyes that said FUCK YOU, YOU WHORES. And of course, Swedish lad's face still in shock.

I read somewhere on Twitter than Ireland were the only country not to say 'Shalom Israel' or there abouts.

The British entry was rubbish. If folk are upset or annoyed about it, how about actually making an effort, promoting it and trying something different other than sending a really shitty X Factor B-side song. In footballing cliche talk ''You've got to feel for the lad, but I'm sure he'll brush himself down and ready to go next wee...err year,"

Roll on 2020! Holland isn't too far. One day I need to get to this, just to see all the Andy Jacobs lookalikes in the crowd. :)

Yay, Kevin. :) They will just want rid of them. Amongst plethora of texts from people, one commented about what she had read in The Times about Hatari and their politics. :)

Kevin, Which ever Dam, Eurovision is so near and close and will never get a better chance to go, even just there in the fans village, you, Shedboy and Mrs Shedboy, she can look at tulips, a Eurovision in a Dam is a once in a lifetime. No Scandi price madness for beer.

I can't do it yet, but will book two weeks off next year. And as soon as dates an location will get hotel, hope my old fave in Dam, still the cunts started charging for breakfast.

Get in and book as soon as sorted. It could be Rotterdam or Amsterdam. ;) It ain't gonna be Liverpool or Rome. Funny as a few weeks back on last trip to Dam, had a stop in The Hague. Not been to Den Haag for nearly 20 years and liked it then. Liked it now but a sleepy Tuesday morning and not a lot going on, so off on the train to Dam. Err waffling but would be a nice change. Every Eurovision fan and his wilfe or not will be in one Dam and it will be great.

There will be tens, nay tons and more European homosexualists who look Andy Jacobs there, Kevin. Many will not have to move. :)

Maastricht and Rotterdam. Who knows? Never been to Maastricht. Rotterdam is a great working class city, a port, rough around the edges, or just a bit rough. Eurovision at the Ahoy where ther arrars are fits.:)

Or Maastricht. Nay, Eurovision friends. I think I may be in Yankland then anyway if end of May. Can do early/mid May.

Interesting and probably a good thing as the Great British Public have picked some crap recently. We'll see.

Rotterdam 12th, 14th and 16th May at the Ahoy in Rotterdam. Week before I go stateside so a telly job then.

Carlos, it's the first time I've seen this version of the lovely Bobbysocks classic. The girls are a bit too covered up, though.

Ha, Shedboy, never seen it before either. Some great outfits in the audience, but you're right, too many clothes on the ladies.

Recognise anyone, CJ? I remember Eimear Quinn winning it but totally forgot about the lovely Elizabeth coming second.
