Telling the world that the forests had been badly managed and quoting Finland as an example of good management. Apparently unaware of the differences in terrain and climate between the two. And yet the department he is responsible for, say that figure is 76%.
That's not stretching the truth, that is simply lying.
Just as he did when he tried to take credit for the last quarter's economic figures.
But he is not even good at it- he was found out about that one within an hour.

When challenged he denies it , calls it "fake news"
But when that doesn't work, tries saying it wasn't important, blames someone else or tries to blame Obama.
You might feel some sympathy for him if it was a means to justify a worthwhile end. But often it is simply to big himself up.
