Yay the cricket is back. Sibley out for a duck and wishes he stayed in lockdown. English rain strikes again. Well it is the Wimbledon fortnight.

Never really been convinced by him, Zambo.
He's obviously quick, but I can't remember the last time he bowled a devastating spell, as Broad and Anderson often do.

All Wood does is bowl as fast as he can. Good fast bowlers use variation, and don't just thump it into the pitch as hard as they can. If you bowl short and wide at this level you will get bonked.

Athers just got spoofed reading out club cricket scores

Hugh Jardon got figures of 6-9 bowling for Cockermouth.

Feared Rob Key was going to have another stroke

Decent test in the end. Windies deserved winners.

Agreed. Thought we had a good chance when they were 3 down, but a good win for the Windies.

West Indies deserved it, good old Michael Holding sounded very proud.

Broad and Root in for Wood and Denly in the next Test, maybe Foakes for Buttler too.

Yep, I like Denly but I'm not really convinced.
Broad will be back to show his class, despise the know-nowts on this forum who think he's no good (they know who they are).

We're building a team to take on the Aussies in the winter of 2021/22. Afraid there'll be no room for medium pace dobbers who averaged nearly 60 in the live tests last time we were there.

No place for slapped arses either anymore, ask Bairstow.
