Massive chip. Did you spot as well, the quota crap. Apparently the target is to have 20% non white coaches installed. Is that irrespective of ability or what?

The fact is, clubs who change managers are looking for experience and pedigree, so they look for replacements with that in mind. I realise that is difficult to break into the world of football coaching at the higher levels, but that applies to people of all races and colours.

I missed the quota reference, but not at all surprised, - the FA must be up there with the BBC in regard to being politically correct - it's the last organisation that can be accused of systemic racism (which is what this 'sista' is doing).
