Vince out in the 20's, who'd have predicted that ?

Mali v Rwanda produces lowest women's T20 score at the Kwibuka Women's T20 tournament in Kigali City.
Mali were bowled out for just SIX runs by hosts Rwanda, in 9 overs. Rwanda got their winning target in just 4 balls of the 1st over.

Doesn't mean anything if we don't win the bloody thing. No one's going to give a single fuck no matter how many records we smash if we're not champions next month. Morgan is a brilliant batsman.

We’re getting breaks when we don’t really need them. Let’s hope we don’t use them all before the semis.

Agreed. It's all about winning the thing.
At the moment, it looks like Eng/Aus/Ind/NZ will contest the semi-finals.
Any one of those four can win the trophy (although NZ will have to play out of their skins to win two in a row against that line-up).

I do hope England do it. They should have won it in 1987, and possibly in 1992 (had that plumb LWB been given against Miandad, and had Gooch caught Imran, they would have been four down for fuck all).

Indeed, looking at today, it would be wonderful if after five matches (one lost because of the weather), the Saffers don't have a single victory.

Why are South Africa performing so badly this tournament?

Australia destroying Bangladesh means the 4 teams to make the SFs are pretty much nailed on. Only the 19 'dead rubber' matches to go then before we hit the semi finals.

Was at Trent Bridge yesterday and lovely to be back in my old city. Banglan's never had a chance with the Aussies batting first. But credit to them for not folding to 200 all out and the fans were magnificent.

Sri Lanka fighting back – England 41/2.

If England win this, that's pretty much their place in the semi finals guaranteed :D

Looks like the four semi finalists would pretty much be decided with more than half a dozen group matches still left.

Didn't help that some of the early games were rained off. Two Sri Lanka games in a row were abandoned, I believe.
And the Windies really should have beaten Australia – they messed that one up big time.
