So now it's all down to interpretation as to what is and isn't a hate crime (or incitement to commit)
It defines it and is no different to many other laws that require judgement by the prosecutor.

Every time you do that you display either innocent or wilful ignorance of what our democracy is. It is a REPRESENTATIVE democracy, and Parliament has been doing what our constitution expects it to. It cannot get behind a solution because there is ambiguity about what every politician calls "the will of the people" which generally means "MY version". What kind of democracy do you want? If Mps are supposed to slavishly follow their constituents Rees-Mogg and the DUP are finished. Do you want a democracy where politicians suspend Parliament to get what they want done? Really?

People have been throwing stuff at politicians for years fruit, eggs, shoes, pies etc. It's only when the likes of Tommy and Nige take a milkshake to the suit that it suddenly becomes a proxy for acid attacks. So just remember when it comes to the Brexit Party the Government shouldn't ban child porn on the Internet, but should criminalise milkshakes.
