It's that time again.
IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!

Got the builders in at the moment (new bathroom), and Wickes delivery expected any minute (wouldn't normally set the alarm so early on a day off).
They're sorting the electrics today, so house will be without power for most of the day - bit weird to happen on your birthday, but hey

But going out for lunch with Mrs Subsub and going down to my local later, so all good

I'm contemplating the same, ie. new bathroom.
How long do they say they will take while you will be without water?

Wouldn't recommend Wickes. They delivered a cracked bath, and my installer (Wickes wanted double what he charged to install) was on a schedule. When they came again, the driver said although the new bath was on his list, it wasn't on the truck. He said that it wasn't his job to check the list with what he had in the back. I told him to fuck off and don't come back. Fortunately my installer went out and was able to get an exact match. Got refund and compo, but wouldn't use the cunts again to get a bag of sand. Once fucked with I never go back.

I was a bit reluctant when Mrs Subsub said she wanted to do it through Wickes, but I think we've been lucky.
The chaps working round ours are really good, and have given us various pointers etc
I'm sure there are plenty of dodgy ones out there, however.
