That's what I had in mind except no one's been asking. I'm not conspiracy monger but it's hard to believe everybody thought it was accidental, very strange.

I'm sure that this was morally correct, but didn't the decision to 'replay' conflict what we were always told when on a referees course, that the referee's decision is always right, even when it's wrong?
