Fear not, this is lady darts player Laura Turner.

Never imagined she'd get so close. Fought back from 2-0 down in sets to and had a go at 152 for the match. That's something.

Now I bloody love darts, but this take on darts attempts to get itself into the Olympics did make me chuckle.

Imagine turning on your tv and putting on the Olympics opening ceremony where the athletes do a lap of the stadium and out comes John Henderson the picture of health carrying a flag, followed by Merv King limping, Vincent van der Voort holding his back, Adrian Lewis and Bellyboy waddling and rolling along like sumo wrestlers, Rob Cross and MVG like a Right Said Fred tribute act with MVG hunched over wheezing and coughing from the cigarettes, whilst a 50 year old man dressed like a clown with a potbelly and mohawk danced around in the background and people thinking this is a sport and these people are athletes...get ta fuck.
There's no poem, just prose.

Some not happy with the Ally Pally crowd:
It's not about nationaity and err not about sexism as most supporting the underdog as err Brits tend to do. But the booing and cheering misses?

But as per the Barney-Taylor final 2007 I posted in the other darts thread and sub posted here, the is still some order when throwing.

The Genie has gone, never going back, and if Uncle Barry wants a Christmas party extravanganza, That is what Uncle Barry will have.

Ha, that she still came in to 'Baby Shark' and the dolly dancers were doing it. :)
Some still confused why walk on girls are not allowed, but talentless dancers are? As I am I. First rule of dancing girls is try to get in synch. Second is be err sexy whilst dancing. Haven't seen much of either yet. #firstworldproblens

Mon the Fallon uesday evening. :dart:

Michael smith got knocked out last night. Another big seed gone. I've got a feeling Dolan could knock out Anderson tonight. Should be a good game

Damn. She missed four darts to win set 3 on the Evetts throw. I was really excited. Still in it.
