He's genuine this time, he told Graham Norton and he used to building share with TalkSPORT.

Isn’t that the point? He’s holding a mirror up to the business and saying, ‘fuck you, if you don’t like it stop coming/hiring me’. But they continue to come and they continue to hire him and he demands more money...and so on. He’ll turn the mirror on himself and tell you he’s a hypocrite. He has reached a level of freedom few experience.

Ah ok. I see what you mean. :)

These are his friends, they appear on his shows. It's an act, he's not out there sticking to the establishment. He's firmly part of it.

I really like his podcast, although if you listen to too many it can get a bit samey - suppose everything does. Agree, I didn't expect much with his stand up but was really dissapointed, its basically screaming and dick jokes.

I read the bio of his guest then decide if I want to listen.

I think everyone does. It would be interesting to see the listening figures of his MMA episodes compared to the normal ones. I would guess the MMA ones drop off hugely. But I wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong.

Good point, Bas. With regards to his Experience podcast, the listening figures are higher on well-known celebrity guests such as Dr Phil, Alex Jones, Jordan Peterson, Bernie Sanders, Elon Muks, etcetera, compared to episodes which feature comedians and conspiracy theorists. I enjoyed the Dan Ackroyd episode, though.

Why are the Peterson ones so popular, I've never gotten his appeal.

Appeals to a certain (large) audience. I initially found him quite interesting but quickly realised it’s the same point over and over. Bit like Milo and Shapiro.

Peterson is a different species to Milo, a man who spent years regaling white conservative teens with stories of gay orgies then hung himself with his own mythology.
