Booked my first open water swim in the local lake in May. Would have liked to do some laps in a pool, but the ones down here don't know when they'll open.

Did my first 10k this morning, took ages and I'm sure a granny with a walker could have overtaken me at some points but given about a year ago I could hardly make it up the stairs I'm pretty happy with it.

Get my screening results this week, hopefully, they are very boring.
