Nobody knows when football will be able to continue (unless you're in Belarus).
But the Premier League is already postponed until end of April anyway (and could well be pushed back after that), so no need for any snap judgements just yet.

Heard Ray Houghton say we gave to finish the current season come what may.
He also said his view had nothing to do with Liverpool being top.
Hmmm.

Nothing to play for?
Tell that to all the teams trying to avoid relegation or trying to get into the CL.

The teams outside the bottom 3 won't care if it's voided.

Probably only Sheff Utd of the teams going for the top 4 bothered. Extremely unlikely the CL will exist in its current form next season anyway.

I'm sure that's true, hence Karrrrrrren Brady's insistence that the season is scrapped.

Tbf, Norwich's 3 year plan included going-down then going-up again, so it'll put a wrinkle in our grand plan if we go don't down.

No, that's exactly what Cardiff said and it doesn't work. They spent millions on quality players, very nearly survived in the premiership then when they didn't a lot of those players fucked straight off. Even so, they retained a lot and spent in an unprecedented way in the break expecting to trounce the championship .

Result : in eighth place hoping for a play off place having had a good arse kicking from several low level teams in the process .

Anyway, it's looking at this point that there'll be no more football for a few years.
It's not practical during a time of mass plague and it's one of those things which is not going to be the same again

Not a curse, Hillman.

And if we ever eventually get the football back my “fealty” will be switching to a super duper new stadium in Bramley Moor Dock.

By the banks of the Royal Blue Mersey :)
