No idea if its just a hobby or if you even like doing it that much, but you should try and make money out of those. They are brilliant.
Dundee University has, or had, its own Northern Ireland supporters club. It's not all good of course, thats also where Snow Patrol were spawned.
Just getting 2 (or possibly 3, I actually forget now) O levels precluded me from ever going to any university - even Reading. That's if I ever wanted to, which I didn't, then. I left school at 16.
Like I mentioned in this thread before, I painted some stuff in my spare time for beer money for a couple of years and did practically nothing else for about it for nigh on four decades until last week.
It's not something I ever remember actually learning, just something I could do.
And I wasn't even that interested in 'art' at secondary school. I just liked drawing.
Lessons on sticking collages into scrap books weren't my idea of fun.
I do
like the subject in a way, I can't deny that. I've watched quite a few documentaries on it by now and have a good few odd books on the subject too, but that's as far as it has went. No 'hands on' stuff until now.
My old art box/easel is still just about holding together. My pencils are still in decent-ish order. New coloured ones on the way from Amazon. My watercolours were a little fungus-y but rubbed up well enough, brushes still in good shape, so I've been trying to do a drawing at least once a day.
