Oh, while a BBC employee he was always calling them out on lack of diversity. Just for example here he is complaining (for a second year) about their presenting team for the Six Nations Rugby - obviously self-interest playing a part there. Doing that within the BBC is one thing but plastering it over Twitter is another.
