Great plan for those who'll struggle to stay warm this winter, and keep afloat of other rising costs of living. Just watch loads of TV without paying for it, and it'll be juuuuuuuust fine.

Why didn't martin lewis think of that?

It isn't illegal to watch TV without a licence, provided that you don't watch a programmes as it is being broadcast but on a catchup service, or if you don't watch BBC, but if someone wants to watch a sporting event I don't think they would want to wait until it comes up on catch up.

Don't forget a trans woman can be a man who is thinking of having a sex change, or identifies as a woman because they wear lippy (eg Eddie Izzard). Which is why you end up with the stupid line "her penis".
