Yeah, many of my mates who support Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd etc want Leeds back. As one lad put it, "I can't stand Leeds but it beats playing Bournemouth and Brighton every week".

I think Bielsa in the Premier League will excite a few neutrals regardless of their views on Leeds as a club.

Mr Heenan and Zippy it is well worth listening to the latest Phil Hay podcast if you haven't already.

He discusses the infamous Bournemouth weekend in 1990 in detail. A fascinating listen.

Gave it a listen Maude. Bournemouth was a messy affair.

A full strength Leeds United led by a world class coach will be an asset to the Premier League. Hopefully we make it one way or another.

Yeah but their fans would counteract that 'asset'. ;P Just joshing.

haha. In the paper yesterday the headline was: "Bundesliga a success" ... well, let's just wait untill all the tests are done and see what the results are first shall we.

Premier League don’t care about the likes of Watford having infected players. They’ve got it in for someone like Deeney who’s quite vociferous in not wanting to risk his or his family’s health in playing when it’s not safe. Whole thing’s a farce anyway.

One player is infected so what?

Should we pause the season every time a player gets injured then?

It's time to get football back.

You want Leeds back.
I know your type. All you are looking forward to is a bust-up behind the stand with the Leeds hooligans

Spot on.
This notion that having Covid is a death sentence is ridiculous.

The fact is we don’t know how athletes will respond to being infected do we? We don’t know how their breathing function will be affected, if there will be lasting damage, whether they could be infected more than once. I would say that the players who will be playing will be guinea pigs and be hung out to dry before people in the wider community are.

Six players have already been tested positive and that’s just with the first round of testing and weeks before the season starts. Really not sure why the Premier League gets millions of pounds of test kit which have been denied to frontline staff.

It’s all about money with the cunts in Premier League management. They should just play a couple of rounds of matches so Liverpool wrap up the title and abandon the whole thing. Then give months to calm things down and to start the next season in October.

And all this bullshit about Premier League and Championship teams going out of business during the lockdown has gone quiet. Strange that.

Well, we do know that those most at risk of Covid are diabetics and those with underlying health conditions.
Footballers who are incredibly healthy are one of the least-likely groups to suffer from it, I would suspect.
